Injured Worker v. Lissi Aerospace

The applicant suffered an injury to his neck, shoulder and psych as a result of an industrial injury in 2005. The injury resulted in a failed neck surgery and other complications that resulted injury and disability for additional body parts. The applicant had been through a number of attorneys before coming to Silberman & Lam, in 2018.

Prior to coming to Silberman and Lam, LLP there was an offer for $1.1M on the table. With the assistance of Silberman & Lam, in less then a year he was able to resolve the case for $1.6M, plus a van, a new wheelchair, and approximately $85,000 to his wife for assistance with home health care, with a total value of about $1.85M, $750,000 more then was offered before Silberman & Lam assumed representation.
