As a result of this successful claim, the worker became eligible for lifetime benefits under SIBTF. The award entitles the worker to receive retroactive benefits totaling $63,877.97. In addition to the retroactive payment, he will receive weekly compensation of $378.37, which is subject to annual increases based on cost-of-living adjustments.
