The injured worker sustained work-related injury to his cervical spine, bilateral shoulders, thoracic and lumbar spine on 08/02/2016 while working at Minegar Contracting Inc. as a carpenter. This led to a settlement by compromise and release for $115,000 on 01/04/2022.
