The veterinary receptionist sustained industrial injury with cumulative trauma to her cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, bilateral knee, IBS and psych/GAF while working at Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital from 10/24/2012 to 10/24/2013. This led to a settlement by compromise and released for $100,00 on 7/8/2019.
