The injured worker sustained a cumulative trauma injury between 09/18/2012 and 09/18/2013 while working as a nutrition serves worker resulting in medical impacts to the cervical spine, lumbar region, both shoulders, right arm and grip strength, psychological well-being, gastrointestinal issues including dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), sleep apnea, headaches, varicose veins, and rheumatoid conditions.  These injuries led to a settlement by stipulations at 79% permanent disability.
