The injured worker suffered an industrial injury with cumulative trauma ending on 09/06/2022 that affected her cervical spine, bilateral shoulder, lumbar spine and bilateral plantar fasciitis while working as a warehouse clerk at Amazon. Based on the average life expectancy, this award has an estimated present value of $200,000.
