The injured worker suffered an injury on 12/2/2014 while working for the Capistrano Unified School District which settled by a Compromise and Release for $120,000 on March 27, 2019. After settlement of the workers compensation claim, an SIBTF claim was filed by Silberman & Lam, LLP.
