The injured worker suffered work-related injury with cumulative trauma from 6/27/1988 to 9/1/2016 to his right shoulder, right CTS, bilateral thumb, lumbar spine, bilateral hips, and right knee. This was settled by stipulations at 65%.
Following the settlement of his workers compensation case, the injured worker was then referred to Silberman & Lam, LLP to file a subsequent injury benefits (SIBTF) due to the injured worker’s preexisting conditions, including hearing loss, left knee, and left ankle.

The injured worker was entitled to back benefits of $106,134.45 and ongoing benefits amounting to $1,328.14 increasing each year plus cost-of-living adjustments (COLA).
