The injured worker suffered multiple work-related injuries while working for CVS Pharmacy/Albertsons. In 2006 the applicant suffered an injury to her Lumbar Spine, Cervical Spine, Right shoulder, and right wrist/hand. This resulted in an award of 43% disability. She then received an award for 81% from SIBTF for her pre-existing disability to her left shoulder, left hip, and lumbar. After this, she suffered additional injuries while working at CVS in 2017. These resulted in awards for her right knee for 10% and her left knee, left foot and left ankle for 9% disability. In June of 2022, Silberman & Lam, LLP was able to secure an award of 100% disability from SIBTF. She was awarded past-due benefits of $264,451.55 and ongoing benefits of $1383.06 a week in 2022, which will increase to $1539.70 in 2023 and continue to increase each year with an annual Cost of Living increase for the rest of her life.
