Injured Worker v. G45 Security Solution, SIBTF

The injured worker sustained work-related injury with cumulative trauma from 10/01/09 to 06/21/11 while working as a security guard at G4S Secure Solutions, this affected his cardiovascular, GERD, and psyche, he also sustained a specific injury on the same end date of his cumulative trauma that affected his cervical spine, lumbar spine, and shoulder which resulted in settlement by compromise and release for $165,000 on 12/17/2019.
