The injured worker suffered a work-related injury on 01/29/2016 while working as a hood cleaner at Kelleys Steam Cleaning. This affected his lumbar spine, station and gait (bilateral feel), and he had suffered chronic pain. This was settled through compromise and release for $125,000 on 10/28/2019.
