Injured Worker v. Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos/SIBTF

The injured worker suffered a work-related injury to his left shoulder and cervical spine while working for Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos on April 19, 2012. This resulted in an award of 57% disability. The applicant then applied for benefits with SIBTF. The applicant had prior disabilities to his lumbar spine, legs, hypertension, obstructive sleep apena, skin, hernia and liver.
